2.59pm – RESOLVED – Services running normally again.
2.55pm – Update – BIOS changes completed. Server is now booting.
2.26pm – Update - We had loggers installed to find out what was going on with the server prior to downtime. These will be investigated in full and action taken to prevent further downtime. Onsite techs also need to make some changes to the BIOS and we have scheduled this to happen now rather than later since the server is rebooting already.
